Yes, It is possible to upgrade to norton antivirus/Internet security 2010 from valid norton 2009 product..
If you have a legal norton 2009 product purchased then you can upgrade to norton 2010 free of cost. Currently norton 2010 is in beta stage so no further instructions are availble for upgrade procedure.
I will update this post as soon as Norton 2010 is publicly available for download..
You can upgrade using norton product using Norton upgrade centet.
